Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to purchases from creativecanvaslabs.com, a website owned and operated by Built By Signal LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Creative Canvas Labs is a brand of Built By Signal LLC.

Made to order. Our garments are printed to order by our production partners rather than held in stock. Your order enters production once payment is confirmed, and production time is separate from transit time.

Shipping options and cost. Available shipping methods and their cost are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. The rate shown at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.

Delivery estimates. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout for the method you select. These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing are outside our control.

Where we ship. We ship to every destination offered at checkout. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship there.

Tracking. When your order ships we email a confirmation with tracking information. Orders containing several items may ship in more than one parcel, so you may receive more than one tracking number.

Duties and import taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by that country, are not included in the price or shipping cost paid at checkout, and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping cost may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you have not received it, contact us at creativecanvaslabs@gmail.com and we will make it right. Please include your order number, and a photograph in the case of damage.

Returns. Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and refund policy.
